Hey everyone, welcome back to another day in the challenge series. Today’s challenge is very easy and you see it very common. Let’s get into it.

The Challenge

Scenario: The user is trying to rent a car using an application but the credit card on file has expired.

Challenge: Write them an error message so that they can correct the problem.

Headline: 30 characters
Body: 45 characters

Saving your credit card information in either streaming services or food ordering apps is pretty common these days. Once you set up, you typically forget about it and continue to use the services. You may even forget about the validity of the card. This challenge is to display an error for someone who forgets to update their banking information.

The Solution

Headline: Update your credit card expiry.

Body: Please make sure your card details are updated.
