The Challenge
Scenario: The user works in graphic design. While critiquing a design in a mobile app, their phone abruptly turns off. When they restart the phone, they reopen the app.

There are thousands of apps out there on various platforms across the globe. At times, there are chances where some apps may encounter a few bugs and crash the application or sometimes crash the phone itself. Some of the apps doesn’t provide proper information or gives a message that isn’t clear to the user. The solution that I am writing here is the one that I wish is displayed to me when an App crashed on my phone.
The Solution
Headline: An unexpected bug caused the crash.
Body: We apologize for the inconvenience. You can recover the data by clicking recover. Please share your app analytics to get additional support.
Buttons: Recover. Support.
Thank you for your valuable time. Have a wonderful day ahead. See you next time.
