Hey everyone, for today’s UX writing challenge, we have a very simple task that we face very frequently for various reasons. For anyone that is new about this challenge, please visit this website.
Challenge
Scenario: The user entered the wrong email address to sign in to their account.
Challenge: Tell the user to enter the right email.
Personally, I see this message on various websites either because I haven’t registered with that particular email that I provided or I haven’t created an account at all. Whatever the reason maybe, I will be getting an error message and the message can be tailored according to the situation. For this challenge we will stick to the scenario that is given.
Solution
The challenge also states that there should be a maximum of 40 characters in the message. The following are some of the messages that can be used.

Please check your e-mail address.
Oops, looks like this is wrong e-mail.
